Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns such us attend industry trade shows to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • High school degree.
  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the stone processing tools market.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Availability to travel at least 10 days per month within the United States.
